A small company
that shows its work.
Glow Lab Protocols is family-run. There is no call centre, no fulfilment partner and no marketing department — which means when something is wrong, you are talking to the person who can fix it.
Transparency is not a slogan here
It is a set of specific things we do that most of this industry does not. Each one is checkable on this site right now.
Every certificate we hold is published
Purity and endotoxin certificates from Horizon Analytical, an independent laboratory, linked openly on the COA page and on each product. Nothing is held back for an email request. Where we do not yet hold a certificate, the page says “available on request” rather than going quiet.
We say when we cannot confirm something
Where a compound's identity has not been independently confirmed by mass spectrometry, the product page says exactly that — in the description and in the specifications table — and we make no representation as to its structure. It costs us sales. We do it anyway.
We do not overstate what a COA proves
Certificates come from our supplier and cover the batch we sourced. Batch numbers change. We tell you plainly that a displayed certificate may not correspond to the exact vial you receive, and we invite you to ask for a batch-specific document before you order.
Product pages cite the literature, not our opinion
CAS numbers, molecular formulas, amino-acid sequences and named published studies — so you can go and read the source rather than take our word for it. No product on this site is described in terms of what it will do for you, because that is not a claim we are entitled to make.
Two people answer the email
Courtney handles customer care; Jonah handles the site, wholesale and affiliates. Both are named, with real addresses, on the contact page. No ticket queue.
Research use only means something.
It is printed on every page of this site, and it is not a legal shield we hide behind — it is a description of what these products are.
Our products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. Nothing here has been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and we will not write copy that implies otherwise, however much easier it would make the selling.
If you are a researcher, you already know why that distinction matters. If you are not, the honest answer is that this catalogue is not for you — and we would rather tell you that here than take the order.
The full Terms & Conditions govern every sale.
Read a certificate before you buy anything
That is the fairest test of a peptide company, and the one we would want applied to us.
